The people are really nice. The only thing is the new reserved dog washing program. Great concept but needs some tweaking to ensure that the online reservations are honored and not taken by walk-ins. I liked when it was just walk in only cause you got what you got. But losing your appointment is a bit frustrating. But overall I love this place.

I can't say enough good things about this pet supermarket! The staff is absolutely amazing. I wondered into this store after a vet visit with my little dog, He was sick with stomach issues and dehydration. The staff there recommended a tummy friendly food and even recommended a product for teeth cleaning. Ever since that first visit I drive 15 miles one way just to do business with them. If you should ever visit there, please ask for Ryen, he's very full of great information. Best Pet store in the Concord/North Charlotte area.

We love this place. It’s our go to dog wash station and treat buying place. Sara (Sarah not sure spelling) is incredible! Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!!!!! Took time to help us get set up with wash station needs & gave us some the options of all of their shampoos, helped my daughter learn about the animals while we washed our girls and gave us informational sheets and extra details! This is the best pet shop we’ve visited in Concord/Kannapolis region by far!

The store manager, Ryan, was super helpful and friendly. I enjoy coming into this store and my dog loves it too! She is sporting her new harness from the store!

April 28, 2024. Thank you for the help getting the 2 Male budgies . We got sun they were quiet the first night. But wow, the next day, they were all over the cage, so happy jumping climbing.

This store is great! The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They have amazing deals on dog food and their rewards program is amazing! For every 10 bags, you get 1 free. And $5 rewards nearly every other month (depending upon your spending habits)!

This is hands down my favorite pet store to go to! We go for fish supplies which are priced very well and I also love their prices on their live plants. The staff is what makes it though, my kids beg to go in with me because they make them feel special! Whether it be feeding the goldfish or being given a lollipop just for being good in the store! We recently bought 2 angelfish to go with our rescued angelfish so he wouldn’t be alone, they are all doing great and enjoying each other’s company, I believe the employees name was Andrew and we enjoyed to him, there was another employee there and she was super friendly as well I just didn’t catch her name! Clean store, well cared for animals and prices you can’t beat! Did I mention this was my favorite pet store? 😂

The employees that I have dealt with have always been very knowledgeable, whether I have questions about my pet or if they simply feel information is helpful to me - and they share it very willingly and it is always helpful. All employees have been very nice and professional, as well. I feel as though the crickets are a little bit overpriced, but they're not terrible; but that is just me simply trying to get really "nitpicky" - in terms of creating a good, through, review.

What a fantastic experience!!! My daughter and I just swung by for some cat supplies and to check out the new digs, but we received a whole lot more! The staff was great, Sky showed us all around, and introduced us to all her fury friends! Very knowledgeable staff, and the animals were clean, loved and happy. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else!!! Thank you Sky!!!

Super fast service! I came to pick up an online order and it's like they knew I was on my way. No wait time at all. Love that the items I needed were in stock. Wish I lived closer so I could see the bunnies on the 15th!!!
